Hybrid (office / home)

Our company operates on a hybrid work model, combining office-based work with the flexibility of working from home. While we believe in the value of working together in an office environment, we also acknowledge the benefits of remote work. Our employees are allowed to work from home for at least 2 to 3 days a week, provided they have good organization and self-discipline. We have seen successful remote work from colleagues in Bali, Spain, and Kazakhstan.
